My first 2 layer Tutu!!
Below is a close up of the flowers that I placed all
over it which are pink...
This Tutu was requested by my neice, she wanted pinks, blues, and purples.
I also added glitter all over it (which is really hard to see in the photos) and little white flowers which are pictured below and a medium sized purple bow at the waist....
